  • Sweet baking chocolate, 2 cups
  • Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup
  • Instant coffee powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Light cream, ½ cup
  • Powdered sugar, ½ cup
  • Coffee liquor, 2 tablespoons
Instructions for Preparation

Bittersweet Chocolate Fountain
Required Ingredients
  • Bittersweet chocolate bars, 5 to 6
  • Heavy whipping cream, 1 cup
  • Almond liqueur, 3 tablespoons
  • Finely chopped almonds or hazelnuts (optional), ¼ cup
Instructions for Preparation
Chop the bittersweet chocolate bars into chunks and keep them aside. Heat the saucepan and melt half cup of cream over medium heat. After the cream begins to simmer, remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate bars. Let the chocolate melt in the heat of the cream and with the help of a blender, mix them so that they combine. Now add the liquor and finely chopped nuts (for a nutty texture) to the chocolate mixture. If you feel that the chocolate has thickened add the remaining cream for a smoother feel. Your mouth-watering, luxurious chocolate fountain is ready.
