Graham Cracker Dessert-S'mores

Ingredients: Honey-flavored Graham Crackers (Halved) – 4, Toasted Marshmallows – 4, Milk Chocolate Bar (Quartered) – 1
Method: Sandwich the toasted marshmallows and quartered chocolate between two halves of the graham cracker, and serve.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Berry Yogurt Bars

Ingredients: Sweet Graham Crackers (Quartered) – 11, Blueberries – ½ cup, Raspberries – ¼ cup, Chopped Bananas – ½ cup, Vanilla-flavored Yogurt – 1 cup, Whipped Cream – 1 cup
Method: Blitz the berries in a blender, such that you get some fine chunks. Mix this with yogurt and whipped cream. Line a square pan covered with cling film with half of the graham crackers, and spread the berry mixture on it. Top it with the remaining graham crackers and freeze for 4 hours. Cut into bars, and serve.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Frozen Lemon Squares

Ingredients: Sweet Graham Crackers (Crushed) – 9, Butter (Softened) – ½ cup, Frozen Yogurt – 4 cups, Lemon Concentrate – ¾ cup,Whipped Cream – ½ cup
Method: Combine the butter and crumbs, and press it on the bottom of a baking pan. Mix the yogurt and the lemon concentrate and spread it over the crust. Freeze for 4 hours, and serve with some whipped cream.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Apple Crumble Pie

Ingredients: Butter – 1 cup, Sugar – 1½ cup, Crushed Graham Cracker (20) – 2 cups, Apples (Peeled and Chopped) – 8, Cinnamon – ½ tsp, Cornstarch – 1 tsp
Method: Combine 1 cup crumbs with ½ cup sugar and ½ cup butter, press into a pie plate and bake for 8 minutes at 350°F. Combine the cornstarch, apples, cinnamon, and ½ cup sugar, and place in the crust. Mix the rest of the sugar, butter, and crumbs, top it over the apples, and bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.

Graham Cracker Dessert- Key Lime Pie

Ingredients: Crushed Graham Cracker (20) – 2 cups, Butter – ½ cup, Sweetened Condensed Milk – ⅓ cup, Egg Yolks (Pasteurized) – 4, Key Lime Juice – ½ cup
Method: Mix the crumbs and butter, and press this mixture in a pie plate (sides covered). Bake at 350°F for 9 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour this mixture over the crust once it’s cooked and cooled. Refrigerate for 4 hours, and serve with whipped cream and lime zest.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Chewy Toffee

Ingredients: Graham Cracker – 16, Brown Sugar – 1 cup, Peanut Butter – 1 cup, Chocolate Chips (semisweet) – 1 cup, Chopped Pecans – 1 cup
Method: Arrange the crackers side by side on a baking tray. Heat the peanut butter till it melts, and add the brown sugar to it. Pour this mixture over the crackers and bake for 6 minutes. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and let it melt. Top it up with the pecans.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients: Crushed Graham Crackers (24) – 2 cups, Butter – ½ cup, Brown Sugar – ½ cup, sugar – 1 cup, Cornstarch – ¼ cup, Icing Sugar – 1 tsp, Eggs – 3, Milk – 4 cups
Method: Mix the butter, brown sugar, and ⅔ of the crumbs, and press it in a baking dish. Heat the milk, vanilla, sugar, cornstarch, and yolks; stir constantly for 12 minutes, and pour it on the crust. Beat the egg whites and icing sugar to form soft peaks. Top this mixture along with the crumbs, and bake for 15 minutes at 400°F.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Strawberry Icebox

Ingredients: Graham Crackers – 24, Strawberry (chopped) – 2 lb, Heavy Cream – 4 cups, Powdered Sugar – ⅓ cup, Vanilla – 1 tsp, Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
Method: Add the vanilla and sugar to the cream and whip till it forms soft peaks. Line a baking dish with the crackers, spread a layer of the cream on it, and top it with some chopped strawberries. Stack till the dessert is 4 layers high. Refrigerate for 4 hours, and serve with some chocolate sauce.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients: Crushed Graham Crackers (12) – 1 cup, Butter – ¼ cup, Cream Cheese – 1 cup, Sugar – ⅓ cup, Cherry Pie Filling – 1½ cup, Whipped Cream – 1 cup
Method: Combine the crushed crackers and butter, and press in on a pie plate (base and sides). Whisk the cream cheese and fold in the whipped cream. Spread this mixture on the crust and refrigerate for 4 hours, and top it with the cherry pie filling.

***Cherry Pie Filling: Heat 4 cups of pitted red cherries till they give off their juices, and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in ¼ cup cornstarch and 1 cup sugar in the cherries to make a smooth mixture. Cook till the filling thickens.

Graham Cracker Dessert-Choco-Banana Icebox

Ingredients: Graham Crackers – 20, Milk Chocolate – 2½ cups, Egg Yolks – 5, Heavy Cream – 3 cups, Sliced Bananas – 5
Method: Simmer the cream and pour over the eggs, whisk continuously, and cook for 8 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Pour this mixture over the chocolate and stir till it’s smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Spread this mixture in a loaf tin and layer 4 crackers over it, top with another layer of chocolate and bananas. Repeat to make 3 layers, and refrigerate.

***Cut in slices and serve with some fresh whipped cream.
