  • Worcestershire sauce, 4 tablespoons
  • Garlic powder, ½ teaspoon
  • Salt, ¼ teaspoon
  • Pepper, ¼ teaspoon

Pan frying sirloin tip steaks is perfect for fixing a quick meal, when you don't have time to marinade meat for longer hours. Place clean beef cut in a shallow patter and drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top of it. Turn the meat and sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper. Rub seasonings to cover the meat evenly.
