♨ Ground cardamom, a pinch
♨ Crushed saffron, a pinch
Method
♨ Knead the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, gram flour, food color, and yeast in a huge bowl. Do not forget to knead the dough with the quantity of oil and water mentioned in the list of ingredients. The dough should be soft without any lumps.
♨ The consistency of the batter should be slightly runny (ribbon consistency). Once this step is done, let the batter rest for about 20 to 25 minutes.
