Procedure
First, pour water in a large bowl and add ice cubes to it. Now, take a large saucepan and heat the milk to 175° F and then add salt, sugar, and cornstarch to it. Stir the mixture until the salt gets dissolved completely. Break the eggs in another bowl and then add a small amount of milk mixture to the eggs. Whisk the mixture and transfer it to the saucepan. Constantly stir the mixture and cook it over low heat, until it reaches 160° F. Then remove the mixture from heat and place the saucepan quickly in ice water. Stir the mixture for 2 minutes and then add condensed milk and vanilla. Then, press the waxed paper on the surface of the custard and refrigerate the mixture for several hours. Procedure
