Dip #1
Ingredients
- Whipped cream cheese, room temperature, 1 can
- Crab meat, 1 can
- Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons
- Chives, minced, 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
- Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon
- Dry sherry, 2 teaspoons
- Crab seasoning, ¼ teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions
Take a bowl to combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, cream cheese, sherry, salt, pepper, and crab seasoning together. Mix everything properly, and then add the crab meat. Fold the mixture gently, and mix properly. Sprinkle the minced chives on top. Serve mini carrots, cucumber spears, bread sticks, and bagel chips with the dip.
Dip #2
Ingredients
- Crab meat, 1 lb.
- Pepper Jack cheese, grated, 1 cup
- Parmesan cheese, grated, ¼ cup
- Green onions, minced, ¼ cup
- Mayonnaise, ¾ cup
- Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice, 2 tablespoons
- Hot pepper sauce, 1 teaspoon
- Dry mustard, ½ teaspoon
- Garlic cloves, roasted, 5
- Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions
Preheat the oven at 325ºF. Next, take a bowl to mix all the ingredients one by one. With a wooden spoon, mix everything properly and do a quick taste test. If you feel like adding something like spices or salt, do so now. Next, you will pour the mixture in a casserole and put it into the oven for 40 minutes. Once the dip is baked properly, serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Dip #3
Ingredients
- Crab meat, 1 lb.
- Cream cheese, 8 oz.
- Sour cream, 8 oz.
- Seafood cocktail sauce
- Tabasco sauce, for taste
- Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions
To make this dip with cocktail sauce, in a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, crab meat, salt, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce together. On a platter, spread this mixture properly and pour the seafood cocktail sauce on top. Arrange crackers or tortilla chips around the dip, and serve.
Dip #4
Ingredients
- Crab meat, 1 can
- Cream cheese, 8 oz.
- Onion, grated, 2 tablespoons
- Milk, 2 tablespoons
- Horseradish sauce, 1 teaspoon
- Salt and black pepper, for taste
Directions
For our last recipe, first you will preheat the oven at 375ºF. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients one by one. Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Once the dip is hot, take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite crackers, and enjoy.
