To make this pineapple juice with a blender, cut the head of the pineapple and remove the pines and peel. Cut the fruit into large chunks and put them in a blender jar. Add the water and sugar in the jar. You can also use honey instead of sugar to sweeten the juice. Pulse the ingredients at a high speed for about 5 to 10 minutes till they are mixed well. - Water, 10 cups
- Powdered sugar, ½ cup

Juicing It Up
Peel the pineapples and cut them into medium-sized chunks. Put them in a large saucepan and add 6 cups of water. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring it to boil. Once the water starts boiling reduce the heat and allow the fruit to simmer for about half an hour. You can also use a Dutch oven for this purpose. Once the pulp has been formed, drain the liquid in a colander and allow it to cool down.
