Baked Potatoes
Baked potatoes are an easy meal that everyone enjoys, whether topped with butter, sour cream, cheese or bacon bits. To get the perfect potato results it is important to scrub well, making sure there’s no dirt inside its skin and pat it dry afterward before applying a small drizzle of cooking oil – this helps give each potato that desired crispy texture in the oven! Russet potatoes make an ideal candidate as they provide fluffy insides with thicker skin for that crisp-textured bite you crave!
Pork Tenderloin
This succulent pork tenderloin is packed with delicious cheese, tart cranberries and a sweet glaze – the perfect dish to impress at special events! Also referred to as “pork roulade,” as its rolling and stuffing process mimics that of stuffed chicken breasts.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and use a sharp knife to carefully cut away the silver skin from your pork tenderloin, which is composed of thin connective tissues running along its length. You may wish to ask your butcher to butterfly it for you if this task seems difficult for you.
To make the filling, add baby spinach and garlic to a skillet and allow them to simmer until the spinach wilts – this step will ensure the cheese filling doesn’t become watery while being baked!
Spread a spinach mixture evenly on top of the pork loin and top it off with a thin layer of Boursin cheese before rolling up from one short edge.
