Celery Seed Dressing Recipe

A salad dressing made from celery seeds is a wonderful, light dressing that you can enjoy with varieties of salads including those prepared with fruits. Here are some recipes you can try out.
Celery seed is a great food additive as it adds a whole lot of flavor to any recipe it is used in. As small and inconsequential as these seeds appear, they make a whole world of a difference to the flavors of a variety of recipes. Though slightly bitter in taste, it is balanced out with other ingredients used and provides almost the real flavor of celery minus the crunch! Moreover, these seeds have a rich aroma that further contribute to the zest of a recipe. Used in a variety of preparations primarily as seasonings, celery seed dressings are also popular and are great when consumed with both fruit and vegetable salads. A little secret to getting the best out of the flavor of celery seed is to purchase them whole and grind and use only the amount you wish to use. If you buy it ground or grind it and keep you will find that its flavor quotient reduces over time. Of course, you may also use the seeds whole, depending on what you are using them in, such as in the celery seed dressing recipes that we are going to provide now. Take a look.
