Blend until the seeds are just separated from the pulp. Do not overblend as the seeds will then break and create a mess. Run the mixture through a sieve to get rid of the seeds. Add cold water again. It should be three times more than the concoction you have along with sugar to taste. You will obtain about 2½ liters of juice from 5 passion fruits. Chill before serving.
