Required Ingredients

  • Sweet baking chocolate, 2 cups
  • Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup
  • Instant coffee powder, 2 teaspoons
  • Light cream, ½ cup
  • Powdered sugar, ½ cup
  • Coffee liquor, 2 tablespoons

Instructions for Preparation
Take a heavy bottomed saucepan and melt the chocolates over low heat. Once the chocolates melt, add the instant coffee powder, cream and sugar, stirring it to combine the ingredients thoroughly. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the coffee liquor. Transfer the chocolates to the fountain, while keeping it warm.

Bittersweet Chocolate Fountain

Required Ingredients

  • Bittersweet chocolate bars, 5 to 6
  • Heavy whipping cream, 1 cup
  • Almond liqueur, 3 tablespoons
  • Finely chopped almonds or hazelnuts (optional), ¼ cup

Instructions for Preparation
Chop the bittersweet chocolate bars into chunks and keep them aside. Heat the saucepan and melt half cup of cream over medium heat. After the cream begins to simmer, remove the pan from the heat and add the chopped chocolate bars. Let the chocolate melt in the heat of the cream and with the help of a blender, mix them so that they combine. Now add the liquor and finely chopped nuts (for a nutty texture) to the chocolate mixture. If you feel that the chocolate has thickened add the remaining cream for a smoother feel.   • Semisweet chocolate chips, 2½ cups
  • Sweet baking chocolate, chopped, 1 cup
  • Milk, 1 cup
  • Butter, softened, ¼ cup

  • Extra bittersweet chocolate baking bar, chopped, 1 cup
  • Heavy cream or whole milk, 1¼ cup
  • Unsalted butter, 4 to 5 tablespoons
  • Chocolate liquor, 2 tablespoons
  • Pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon

Instructions for Preparation
Combine the milk and bittersweet chocolate bars in a saucepan and melt them on medium heat. Add the butter, milk and vanilla extract to the chocolate and allow it to simmer for about a couple of minutes. Once the chocolate mixture begins to simmer, remove the pan from the heat, mix the chocolate liquor and condensed milk to it and blend it. Pour this mixture into the fountain machine and make sure the fountain stays warm and does not overheat.
