For many, there truly is nothing like a nice and soft juicy steak. Though it is a very versatile meat especially for those on a budget, people often avoid buying one of these pieces because of the amount of gristle and fat content in it.

The first thing that comes to mind when one speaks of a steak is GRILL. Marinate your steak overnight, before you proceed with the cooking. Remove any excess marinade and remember never to reuse a marinade. Place the steaks one-by-one onto a hot grill for around 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how you like it. You can also choose to use a meat thermometer, which will tell you for how long you would need to cook the meat.
