Sweetgreen is my go-to lunch spot, but their signature harvest bowl can get pricey. Here’s a delicious and healthier copycat version that’s much more cost-effective: the Copycat Harvest Bowl

Make an impressive salad bowl using massaged kale, warm wild rice, massaged sweet potatoes, honeycrisp apples, brussel sprouts, goat cheese and nuts. Dress it all off with creamy balsamic dressing for maximum enjoyment!

Kale

Sweetgreen is an award-winning salad chain known for their customizable bowls and Harvest Bowl – one of our fan favorites!

To replicate this at home, massage the kale with salt and oil (using clean hands) until softened.

Mix warm wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, apples, goat cheese and pecans together before tossing with homemade balsamic vinaigrette for a delectable homemade meal that is far more cost-effective than ordering it from a restaurant! Not only is this recipe delicious and affordable; but also boasts an optimal balance of proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats and vitamins/minerals!
