Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork is an easy and crowd pleasing meal to make with any method; from smoker, oven or Instant Pot! Perfect for making ahead and eating multiple times throughout the week without becoming dry like other meats like brisket or ribs do, pulled pork has endless versatility and uses!

Cook the pork low and slow to ensure tender and moist results, using a rub or marinade as needed to break down connective tissues for easier shredding.

Once your pork has reached an internal temperature of 185, remove from the smoker and allow it to rest covered for at least an hour before shredding it. This allows the meat to retain its juices and re-moisten before shredding; plus it’s much simpler when warm and still moist with cooking liquid – perfect for topping baked potatoes, tacos or pizza as well as delicious filling for sandwiches!

Smoked Mac & Cheese

Assembling mac and cheese on the smoker is an effortless way to enhance its flavors. Smoke complements cheese’s cheesiness to produce a mouthwatering dish everyone will love.

For optimal smoked macaroni and cheese results, the pasta must be cooked al dente so as to maintain its shape when placed into the smoker. Otherwise, its texture could easily disintegrate due to contact with melted cheese sauce.

Before adding the mac and cheese to the smoker, breadcrumbs can be added for extra crunch. While any kind of bread crumbs can be used, panko bread crumbs tend to stay crispier for longer and are therefore an ideal choice.

Smoke the mac and cheese for 2 hours over indirect heat to achieve your desired smokiness level. While you could bake this dish instead, smoking will provide more intense levels of smoke than baking will.

Smoked Hasselback Potatoes

Hasselbacken potato dishes appear complex but are actually simple to prepare and are an ideal complement to any meal. Dubbed after Hasselbacken hotel in Stockholm, Sweden (although some sources indicate a culinary student invented this preparation in the 1950’s), Hasselbacken showcases the versatility of potatoes by fanning out in accordion-like slices that crisp up just like potatoes chips while its creamy interior remains creamy due to wood smoke flavoring.

Use any medium sized russet or Yukon Gold potato for this dish, with cutting performed using a knife just wide enough to cut through each potato slice. Once cut, rub each one with olive oil before seasoning it with garlic powder and smoked paprika as desired – you could also add cheese slices for additional flavoring – before baking them until both potatoes and cheese have softened into tender bites.

Smoked Queso Dip

This delicious smoked queso dip is packed with delectable flavors and cooked perfectly to achieve its distinctive smoked flavor! Perfect for parties of any kind and quickly prepared on both the grill or oven!

This smoked queso is packed with spicy chorizo, Rotel tomatoes, and diced jalapenos – sure to please the entire table whether served alongside tortilla chips, vegetables or even as an accompanying sauce for chicken! Don’t wait; give this mouthwatering dish a try today and be ready for some rave reviews!

At its heart lies this easy grilled cheese dip recipe! Combine all of your ingredients in an aluminum disposable pan and cook on your Traeger or Big Green Egg smoker until desired smokiness has been reached – but feel free to use a slow cooker, slow cooker or oven; be sure to stir every half hour to achieve optimal smokiness! If you don’t own either of those options you can still create that same delicious flavor by using liquid smoke!
