Ingredients

  • Nutritional yeast, 1 cup
  • Flour, 3 tbsp.
  • Vegetable broth powder, 1 cup
  • Dairy-free soy milk, 1 cup
  • Water
  • Sesame paste, 3 tbsp.
  • Salt

Procedure
Mix yeast, flour, and vegetable broth. Add soy milk, water, and sesame paste to this mixture, and in saucepan cook on a medium-low flame until the mixture is even and smooth. Continue this for 5-10 minutes so that a thick consistency sauce is obtained. Remove from flame and add salt for taste. Your non-dairy healthy cheese sauce is ready.   • Tofu, 1 block
  • Honey, ⅓ cup
  • Pineapple juice, ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp.
  • Dash of sea salt
  • Crackers
  • Frozen apple juice concentrate
  • Cornstarch
  • Frozen blueberries or strawberries

Procedure
What you need to do initially is break the tofu into pieces by extracting the extra water from it. Later add honey, pineapple juice, vanilla extract, and sea salt in it and blend the mixture until a smooth batter is formed. Take a baking dish and spread cracker crust onto the base. Pour the blended mixture on top of it and spread evenly. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes until the cake turns golden brown. Now for the berry topping, mix cornstarch and apple concentrate in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat berries in a pan on a low flame until they warm and add the mixture from the bowl onto it. Stir and cook for sometime after which keep it in refrigerator for chilling.
