Dunkel

This dark lager beer has its origin in Germany and it comes in two different varieties, viz. Franconian and Munich. The former is fermented from hop and has a dry texture while the latter is brewed from malt and has a sweet flavor. The alcohol concentration of Dunkel ranges from 4.5%-6%. Traditional Dunkel is largely consumed in the countryside of Bavaria. The typical malty flavor develops from triple decoction brewing technique. Amber Lager
