Aloha! Learn How to Make Flavorful Hawaiian Non-alcoholic Drinks

Lemonade and iced tea makes us feel refreshing on a hot summer day. Smoothie and punch would be ideal if you are looking for a thick shake. Here are a few non-alcoholic drink recipes for a truly amazing Hawaiian experience.

A Celebrated Drink

The Pina Colada, a drink invented in Puerto Rico, is the most famous non-alcoholic Hawaiian drink.

Hawaiian non-alcoholic beverages make for very good party drinks. These beverages can be enjoyed by kids and pregnant women too. Punch drinks are prepared mainly for luau, the traditional feast of Hawaii. Most of the drinks contain fruit as the main ingredient since fruits grow abundantly in the sub-tropical climate of Hawaii.

While serving these flavorful drinks, fill the base of the serving glass with ice or low-fat ice cream. Pour the drink over this cool base. Ice cream eventually melts to give the drink a thick texture and creamy flavor. Drinks can be best mixed in large-sized gallons or pitchers.

Things you will need handy before putting the drink together are a swizzle stick, pitcher/gallon, measuring cups, glasses, and straws. Tastessence has compiled recipes of various drinks such as smoothies, coladas, punch, and lemonades.
