The method of working of every brand may be different, and hence, it is necessary that you read the instructions carefully while preparing your bread.
Yeast, flour, water/oil, and salt are the basic bread ingredients. While baking bread with a machine, you need to add the ingredients in the order specified by the manufacturer. While using yeast for the bread machine, remember that there are two types of yeast, namely, dry yeast and bread machine yeast. When you use the dry yeast, always dissolve it in a liquid and then place it in the bread machine. Bread machine yeast can be directly combined with the ingredients in the bread pan.
