White chocolate macadamia nut cookies are cookies made from macadamia nuts. These cookies have a crunchy texture with a yummy sugary taste.

Fruit and Nut Cookies

Ingredients
  • All-purpose flour, 3 cups
  • Baking soda, ¾ tsp.
  • Salt, ¾ tsp.
  • White sugar, ¾ cup
  • Packed light brown sugar, 1 cup
  • Butter, softened, 1 cup
  • Eggs, 2
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla baking chips, 1 cup
  • Chopped macadamia nuts, 1 cup
  • Dried cranberries, 1 cup
Procedure

First take a medium-sized bowl and sift together all-purpose flour, salt and baking soda. In another bowl, combine white sugar, light brown sugar, and butter. Add vanilla and slightly beaten eggs to the sugar mixture. Then, combine the egg mixture and the flour mixture. Combine all the ingredients properly and then add in macadamia nuts, vanilla chips, and dried cranberries. Mix together all the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then, take a cookie sheet and drop the cookie batter with help of a teaspoon. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.

Cookies with Almond Extract

Ingredients
  • Butter, softened, 1 cup
  • Packed light brown sugar, ¾ cup
  • White sugar, ½ cup
  • Eggs, 2
  • Vanilla extract, ½ tsp.
  • Almond extract, ½ tsp.
  • All-purpose flour, 2½ cups
  • Baking soda, 1 tsp.
  • Salt, ½ tsp.
  • Coarsely chopped macadamia nuts, 1 cup
  • Coarsely chopped white chocolate, 1 cup
Procedure

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then, take a large bowl and add brown sugar, white sugar, and butter to it. With help of an electric mixer, blend these ingredients to attain a smooth texture. Then, beat one egg at a time into this mixture. Later, add vanilla and almond extract to it and blend it thoroughly. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, and all-purpose flour, and gradually stir this mixture into the sugar mixture and blend the ingredients together. Now, put in the white chocolate and the macadamia nuts into this mixture and mix them together. With help of a scoop or a teaspoon, drop the batter on a cookie sheet. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Pour some chocolate syrup to enhance the taste of these yummy cookies.

Cookies with Vanilla Extract

Ingredients
  • Butter, ⅓ cup
  • Raspberry jam, ¼ cup
  • Egg, 1
  • All-purpose flour, 1½ cups
  • White sugar, ⅓ cup
  • Packed brown sugar, ⅓ cup
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp.
  • Baking soda, 1 tsp.
  • Chopped macadamia nuts, 1 cup
  • Chopped white chocolate, 8 oz.
Procedures

In a medium-sized bowl, take white sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Then add egg and beat the mixture. Further add raspberry jam and vanilla and mix all the ingredients properly. In another bowl combine baking soda and all-purpose flour. Now, add this flour mixture into the batter, add in nuts and white chocolate, and stir the ingredients together. Grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray and drop the batter with help of a teaspoon. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes and serve.
