Ingredients required
3 oz. fresh strawberries
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 tsp. sugar
cracked ice

#1 First put the strawberries, lime juice, and sugar into a blender and blend the mixture until it turns smooth.
#2 Add the cracked ice to the blender and blend again to form a smooth mixture.
#3 Serve the drink in a cocktail glass and garnish it with sliced strawberry and an attractive straw.

► You can make variations in this non-alcoholic drink, by using milk instead of lime juice.
► Strawberries taste better if used in its fresh form, but you can also go for frozen strawberries or syrup, if fresh strawberries are not available.

A strawberry daiquiri mix is nothing but a mix that is prepared from strawberry puree, water, and sugar. This is an instant mix that can be used to prepare cocktails by just adding alcohol and ice to it. You can prepare and store this mix and use it on the day of the celebration or party. You can also add other flavors like pineapple, raspberries, orange, etc and come up with some exotic cocktails for your guests. This mix is stored in a frozen form and can be used at the time of preparing the drink.

Non Alcoholic Strawberry Daiquiri with Granulated Sugar

Ingredients Required
1 quart hulled and washed strawberries
2 cups granulated sugar
⅓ cup lime juice
¼ cup water

#1 First mix all the ingredients, except strawberries, in a medium-sized bowl, and stir to mix them.
#2 Stir vigorously to completely dissolve the sugar content.
#3 Add the stirred mixture and strawberries to a blender and blend it until it turns smooth.
#4 Pour the mixture into freezer trays and keep them in the freezer to turn into freeze cubes.
#5 Pack these cubes in some freezer bags and store them. While preparing the strawberry daiquiri, all you need to do is add rum and ice to the strawberry daiquiri mix and blend until the mixture turns smooth.

Frozen daiquiris are those daiquiris which are prepared from different types of mixed drinks and powdered ice. 6 oz. frozen lemonade
4½ oz. rum
