Water - 1½ cups
Sugar - 1 cup
Cornstarch - 3 tablespoons
Strawberry gelatin - 1 box (about 0.38 cups)Procedure
This recipe will give you a congealed strawberry topping. The cheesecake for this type of topping should be cold and should be still in a spring-form pan.
