Lettuce salad
Eating salads on a regular basis is good for health; we all know that. When I was a child, my grandmother always used to say this during lunch and dinner times (I would leave the greens on one side of the plate). Almost every parent goes through this stage with their kids when the greens, especially spinach is left untouched. A good way to make your family (and yourself) enjoy eating spinach and avail its benefits is by making delicious recipes. And no salad is complete without the addition of yummy dressing, is it? So here are some recipes on dressings for you, that can be used with different kinds of salads as well.

  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 red onion, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ brown sugar
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • Tomato ketchup to taste
