- Chicken wings, 2 pounds
- Parmesan cheese (freshly grated), 2 cups

- Hot sauce, 1 teaspoon
- Honey, 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire sauce, 1½ tablespoons
Beat the eggs and water in a bowl till it appears frothy. Take a separate bowl and mix together the breadcrumbs, cayenne pepper, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, and dried basil. Clean the chicken wings and remove the wing tips. First, coat the wings in the egg mixture and then, in the breadcrumbs mixture. Repeat this step till you are done with all the wings.
