Sparkling Grape Juice

Drinking ready-made sparkling grape juice tends to get boring. So, you can make this beverage at home, using the recipes given in this write-up.

Sparkling juices are nothing but carbonated juices. Sparkling grape juice is made from non-fermented grape juice, carbonated water, and other additional ingredients. This drink is best for parties, specially for a crowd that prefers drinking non-alcoholic beverages. Sparking grape juice is easily available in the market but, preparing this drink at home is very easy and economical.


  • Pineapple, 1
  • Sweet orange, 1
  • Yellow lemons, 3
  • Sugar, 1 lb.
  • Bottle grape juice, 1 pt.
  • Water, 5 cups
  • Giant-sized bottle soda water, 1

To prepare this punch, peel the pineapple and cut it into half, lengthwise. Cut the flesh of the pineapple by removing the core and cut it into small one inch cubes. Take a heavy saucepan and add water and sugar to it. Then, put the pineapple cubes to it and bring the mixture to boil. Let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes. After that, strain the liquid and collect the syrup in another saucepan. Add grated orange and lemon rind to the pineapple syrup and simmer the mixture for few minutes. Then, add pineapple cubes to the liquid and leave it to cool completely for about 3 hours. The pineapple punch is almost ready. You can place it in refrigerator and use it whenever required. While preparing the pineapple-grape punch, simply add the syrup to grape juice and soda water. Garnish the drink with lemon and orange slices.

  • Sugar, 2½ cups
  • Water, 1 qt.
  • Strong tea, 1 cup
  • Lemon juice, 2 cups (chilled)
  • Orange juice, ½ cup (chilled)
  • Grape juice, ⅓ cup (chilled)
  • Fresh mint leaves, 2 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Cucumber peel, 2 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Few grains of cayenne pepper
  • Ginger ale, 1 qt. (chilled)
  • Hulled ripe whole strawberries
  • Sweetened fresh pineapple chunks

Take a heavy saucepan and combine water and sugar in it. Place the saucepan over low heat and keep stirring the liquid until the sugar completely dissolves in it. Cover the saucepan with a plate and boil the liquid for about 5 minutes. Then, let the liquid cool completely and transfer it into a bowl. Refrigerate the liquid to chill. While preparing the punch, combine cooled strong tea, grape juice, orange juice, mint, cucumber peel, cayenne pepper, with the chilled syrup. Take a punch bowl, add ice cubes to it and pour the liquid over it. In the end, add ginger ale and stir the liquid to combine the ingredients properly. Garnish the drink with pineapple and strawberries.

  • Cranberry juice cocktail, 1 qt.
  • Sugar, 1 cup
  • Orange juice, ½ cup
  • Lemon juice, 3 tbsp.
  • White grape juice, 3½ cups (chilled)

Take a medium-sized bowl and combine sugar and cranberry juice in it. With the help of a spoon dissolve the sugar. Then, add lemon and orange juice to it and chill the liquid in the refrigerator. You can use this liquid whenever you want to prepare the sparkling grape juice. Then, while preparing the grape juice drink, put some ice cubes in a punch bowl and combine white grape juice and fruit juice mixture. You can use sugar coated cranberries for garnishing the drink.
