Aztec Chocolate
  • Unsweetened Baking Chocolate, 1 oz.
  • Vanilla, 1 tsp.
  • Boiling Water, ⅔ cup.
  • Chili Peppers, ½ tsp. (ground)
Start by grating the unsweetened chocolate in a bowl and pouring hot water over it. This will make it melt up to the desired consistency and then you can mix and mash it into a paste. Add the remaining water and vanilla. Using a blender, mix it well till it becomes frothy. Add chili pepper to give it a twist. Do not let the chocolate dissolve completely. This will add some texture to the drink.
