These are very different from alcoholic wines, though they taste the same, they are made from premium varietal grapes by using a cold fermentation process.

An alcohol free wine, contains some amount of alcohol in them because it is practically impossible to filter all the alcohol from it. In order to qualify as a non alcoholic beverage, it should have only ½ % of alcohol.

However, some doctors are strictly against it. According to them even 1% alcohol can cause harm to the baby. So the choice is ultimately up to you. Before drinking your favorite wine, it is recommended that you consult your gynecologist, just to be on a safer side.
