Place the mixture on a pan and mold it into a shape of a loaf. Take a saucepan and over low heat mix mustard, soy sauce and brown sugar. Use the preheated oven to bake the meatloaf for around 30 minutes. Now pour the soya sauce mixture over the loaf and bake it for more 15 minutes.

Marmalade Glazed Ham Loaf

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups of crushed herb-seasoned stuffing
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1-1/2 pounds of cooked ham, ground
  • 1-1/2 pounds of ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar of orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

In a bowl, combine milk and eggs. After 5 minutes, add salt and onion. Crumble ham and pork over the mixture and combine it well. Put the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake it at 175 degree Celsius for around 30 minutes and then drain. Mix the vinegar, marmalade, cloves, cinnamon and mustard. Spread this mixture over the ham loaf.
