Capers, 1 tsp.

White wine, ¼ cup
Unsalted butter, 2 tbsp.

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, capers, pepper and wine and keep aside.
In a frying pan, take two tablespoons of butter and heat on a low flame.
Once the butter melts, add in the flour and fry for a few minutes.
Add chicken broth into the frying pan and keep on stirring for a minute or two.
Pour the lemon juice and caper mixture into the pan and let it cook for 4-5 minutes.

Preparation

Wash and drain the capers.

Take butter in a small frying pan and heat the butter.

Chicken breast halves, skinned and boned, 6 oz.
All-purpose flour, 4 oz.
Lemon juice, ¼ cup
Fresh mushrooms, 8 oz.
Salt
Dry white wine, ¼ cup
Olive oil, 2 tbsp.
Capers, drained, 2 tbsp.
Butter, unsalted, ¼ cup
Lemon wedges, 2

Preparation

Chop the cold unsalted butter into cubes and set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine salt and flour and mix well.
Take olive oil in a frying pan and heat on a medium flame.
Fry the chicken in the oil for 3-4 minutes on each side till it turns brown.
When the chicken is thoroughly cooked, remove from heat.
Take white wine in the same frying pan and let it boil.
Pour in the lemon juice and bring back to boil.
Put in the cold butter, but do not let the butter set in slowly.

Black pepper, freshly grounded, ⅛ tsp.

Preparation
