Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients Required
  • Oats 3 ½ cups
  • Raisins ½ cup
  • Dried cranberries ¼ cup
  • Dried cherries ¼ cup
  • Slivered almonds (toasted) ½ cup
  • Pecans (roasted, roughly chopped) ¼ cup
  • Walnuts (roasted, roughly chopped) ¼ cup
  • Honey ½ cup
  • Brown sugar ¼ cup
  • Egg (beaten) 1
  • Butter (melted) ¼ cup
  • In a mixing bowl, combine oats, raisins, cranberries, cherries, almonds, walnuts, pecans and brown sugar and mix well.
  • Then add honey and beaten egg to the dry mixture.
  • Grease a jelly roll pan and spread the mixture over it.
  • Press the ingredients down firmly and place the pan in the oven.
  • Bake it bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 20 to 22 minutes.
  • Let the pan rest on the cooling rack.

  • Dried whole figs (stem removed) 2 packages

  • Fresh basil leaves 30
  • Heat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, till you do the other preparations.

  • Cut each of the bacon slice into two.
  • Make a slit in each fig and stuff it with nut.
