  • Tomatoes, chopped, 6
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, ½ cup
  • Olive oil, ¼ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded, 2 cups
  • Garlic, minced, 3 cloves
  • Fresh basil, ¼ cup
  • Balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp.
  • French baguette, 1
  • Salt, ¼ tsp.
  • Black pepper, ground, ¼ tsp.
Directions
☛Take a large mixing bowl and add the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper.
☛Preheat the oven on a broiler setting while you are mixing all the ingredients.
☛Slice the baguette in ¾ inch slices, and on a baking dish arrange these in a singe layer, and broil till they are slightly brown.
