  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 1 scoop protein powder (preferably vanilla)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • Take a pot and place the sweet potatoes in it. Cover them with water and let them boil, till they are well cooked.

  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Combine wheat and all-purpose flour together and add baking powder, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg to it.
