How to Make Quick and Easy Meatballs

A quick and easy way to prepare meatballs simply requires getting all the ingredients in right proportion and some basic cooking skills.
There must have been a time when you were rushing home late from work and realized that you had guests coming over. Well, scrounging around for the perfect recipe in such an emergency is not an option. However, from now on you don't have to panic at such times.
Meatballs are great as appetizers and can be a lifesaver in such emergencies! Well, if you are wondering how to make quick and easy meatballs, then take a look at this easy recipe here.

Easy Steps to Make Meatballs

  • Ground beef, pork or turkey (1 lb)
  • Egg (1)
  • Bread crumbs (½ cup)
  • Large sized onion - minced (1)
  • Salt and pepper (1 tsp)
  • Italian seasoning (¼ cup)
  • Hot sauce (as per your preference)

First, you need to take a large bowl and combine these ingredients - ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt and pepper, minced onion, and the Italian seasoning. Pour the hot sauce over this. Mix all the ingredients together with the help of a fork. You can even mix and blend with your hands.
Use your hands to shape them into tiny meatballs. On an average, you can make around 30 meatballs out of this mixture. Then, use an aluminum foil and line a cookie sheet with it. Spray it with some cooking spray. Next, place these meatballs on the cookie sheet. You would need to bake them at 375ºF. Bake them for around 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes, turn the meatballs over so that these are cooked evenly from both sides. You can serve it with spaghetti or any other accompaniment of your choice.
