Delicious, yummy, mouth-watering, and simply tantalizing-nothing can beat the ecstasy felt after having fudge. And the best thing about fudge is that it's so very easy to make at home as well!
Fudge is a kind of a sweet candy that tastes delicious when flavored with cocoa or chocolate. If you have always wished to have delicious homemade fudge, then here are some easy and interesting recipes.

Delicious Chocolate Fudge

  • Sugar (3 cups)
  • Margarine (3/4 cup)
  • Nuts (1 cup)
  • Vanilla (1 teaspoon)
  • Milk - evaporated (2/3 cup)
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips - (12 oz)
  • Marshmallow cream (7 oz)

First, you would need to combine the sugar along with the milk and margarine in a heavy saucepan. Roll this around with constant stirring. Boil this mixture for at least 5 minutes over medium heat. Keep stirring constantly to avoid the ingredients from being scorched with the heat.
Then, remove this from heat and add the chips till they melt slightly. Then, add the marshmallow cream along with the nuts and vanilla. Beat this well till it blends perfectly. Then, pour this preparation into a greased pan, which measures around 9" X 13".
Let this preparation cool at room temperature. Once it cools down, cut it into squares. Enjoy your delicious homemade fudge with your friends and family!

Yummy Vanilla Fudge with Nuts

  • Cream cheese (6 ounces)
  • Salt (1/8 teaspoon)
  • Vanilla extract (1/8 teaspoon)
  • Chopped walnuts (1 cup)
  • Confectioners' sugar, sifted (4 cups)
  • Unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled (4 squares -1 ounce)

Use foil to line an 8 X 8 inch dish. Take a bowl and beat some cream cheese in this till it turns smooth. You can also add the salt and the vanilla to this. Continue beating the mixture and also add the sugar gradually, so that it blends well. Beat the mixture till it turns smooth.
Now, add some melted chocolate to this. Fold the walnuts into this mixture and spread it onto the pan. Let it chill for an hour. You can cut these into one-inch pieces before serving.

Scrumptious Coffee Fudge

  • Sugar (3 cups)
  • Milk (3/4 cup)
  • Instant coffee (2 tablespoons)
  • Non-dairy liquid coffee cream (1/2 cup)
  • Finely chopped nuts (1/4 cup)
  • Light corn syrup (1 tablespoon)
  • Butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Vanilla (1 teaspoon)
  • Chopped chocolate coating or wafers (6 oz)

First, you need to combine sugar, instant coffee, and milk along with the coffee cream and some syrup in a 3-quart saucepan. Cover this preparation and bring it to a boil. Remove the lid and place a thermometer in the pan. You have to cook this without stirring to a temperature of 236 degrees F.
Then, remove from heat and add the butter along with the vanilla to the pan without stirring the same. Cool this preparation till it turns lukewarm. Then, you need to beat this preparation till the candy thickens. Once it thickens, pour it into an 8x8-inch square pan.
You now need to melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler. This needs to be spread evenly over the fudge. Sprinkle a generous helping of nuts over the chocolate. Then, cut these into squares immediately as the candy may turn firm.

Homemade Fudge with Marshmallow

  • Brown sugar (2 cups)
  • Cream of tartar - a pinch
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Powdered sugar (1 cup)
  • Chocolate (2 oz)
  • Marshmallows (1/4 cup)

Cook all the ingredients together, except the marshmallows, till the mixture can roll into a soft ball. Remove this from the fire and beat the mixture till it turns creamy. Cut up the marshmallows and add them to it. Pour into the buttered pan. Chill the whole mixture so that it sets. Then, cut it up into squares before serving.
