  • Honey - ¼ cup
  • Curry powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salmon steaks - 2
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh peaches (peeled and diced) - 2
For grilling salmon steaks, preheat an outdoor grill at medium-high heat and grease the grate with oil. In a saucepan combine honey, curry powder and peaches. Place the saucepan over medium heat and simmer the mixture. Cook the mixture until the peaches break completely and the sauce attains a thick texture. Add salt and pepper to the mixture according to your requirement. Then season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper and grill the steaks over preheated grill for about 10 minutes for each side. Then, pour the peach sauce over grilled salmon steaks and serve.

  • Dried Italian seasoning - 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed dried rosemary - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Crumbled dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salmon steaks - 2
You will be grilling salmon steaks in Italian style while preparing this recipe. First, preheat an outdoor grill at medium heat and grease the grates lightly with oil. Apply Italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, to one side of steaks. Then, place these steaks on the preheated grilled with the seasoned side towards down. Cook the salmon steaks for about 8 minutes, turn them once. While serving sprinkle lime juice over the steaks.

  • Lemon juice - ½ cup
  • Minced fresh rosemary - 1½ teaspoons
  • Green onions (thinly sliced) - 4
  • Minced fresh parsley - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - ½ cup
  • Salmon fillets - 2 pounds
In a mixing bowl add lemon juice, minced fresh rosemary, onions, parsley, salt, pepper and vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients together and remove ¼ cup. This you will require for basting the salmon fillets. Then place the salmon fillets in a dish and pour the remaining mixture over the salmon. Place the dish in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes by covering it. Then, remove the liquid and place the salmon over the grill. With the skin side down, grill the salmon for about 20 minutes. Baste the salmon with marinade mixture occasionally.

  • Orange juice - 1/3 cup
  • Honey - 1/4 cup
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground ginger - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1/3 cup
  • Green onion (Chopped) - 1
  • Salmon fillet - 1½ pound
Take a mixing bowl and add all the above listed ingredients, except the salmon fillets. Mix the ingredients and pour the mixture into a plastic bag. Then, place the salmon in the bag and seal the bag tightly. Gently turn the bag, so that the marinade spreads equally over the salmon. Refrigerate the bag for about 30 minutes. Lightly oil the grilling grate and preheat the outdoor grill on medium heat. Take out the salmon from the bag and drain the excess liquid. Grill the salmon for 15 minutes and serve.
