With Tomato Sauce and Red Wine Vinegar
  • Tomato Sauce, ¼ cup
  • Red Wine Vinegar, 2 tbsp.
  • Garlic Cloves, 3 (minced)
  • Olive Oil, ⅓ cup
  • Fresh Basil, 2 tbsp.
  • Cayenne Pepper, ¼ tsp.
  • Salt, ½ tsp.
  • Fresh Shrimp, 2 lb. (peeled and deveined)

Take a large bowl and add the tomato sauce, garlic, olive oil, and red wine vinegar in it. Use some basil, cayenne pepper, and salt for seasoning. Place the shrimp in this bowl and allow it to be coated evenly with the marinade. Now, refrigerate it for half an hour. You can keep stirring it in between. Meanwhile, preheat the grill to a setting of medium heat. It needs to be threaded onto the skewers for the grilling process. Oil the grill grate lightly and cook the shrimp on it for at least 2 minutes, on both sides. Serve it hot along with some Tartar sauce.
With Tequila and Cilantro
  • Shrimp, 1 lb. (medium size, deveined, and shelled)
  • Red Pepper, ¼ tsp. (crushed)
  • Cilantro, 3 tbsp. (chopped)
  • Tequila, 2 tbsp.
  • Lime Juice, 1 tbsp.
  • Olive Oil, 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic Cloves, 2 (minced)
  • Salt, ¼ tsp.
  • Metal Skewers
Take a large bowl and place the tequila, olive oil, lime juice, red pepper, and cilantro in it. Add some salt over these ingredients. Blend all of them well. Add the shrimp in the bowl that contains the marinade. Ensure it gets coated well. Allow it to marinate completely for at least half an hour in the refrigerator. After this, slide it onto the skewers. Grill it over medium flames for 2 minutes on both sides. Serve it hot along with garlic butter sauce.
With Teriyaki Sauce
  • Garlic Cloves, 6 (chopped)
  • Ginger, 3 tsp. (grated)
  • Lemon, ½ (squeezed)
  • Shrimp, ½ lb. (with shell)
  • Teriyaki Sauce, 1 cup
  • Clamato Juice, 2 cups
Combine the ginger, Teriyaki sauce, clamato juice, garlic, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Use a scissor to remove the shells and black vein. Keep the shell on and place it in a bowl. Put all the marinade prepared over the shrimp. Allow it to marinate for half an hour. Grill it over medium heat for 2 minutes and make sure that you cook both the sides. Serve it hot with some Teriyaki sauce.
