Easy Eggless Tiramisu Recipe

18-20 Ladyfinger biscuits (or Savoiardi)

2 cups of heavy whipping cream (cold)

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup mascarpone cheese (cold)

2 cups of water

4 tbsp espresso powder

Cocoa powder for dusting

2 cups of semi-set custard

Espresso First!

Add sugar and espresso powder to water. Stir well to blend the flavors.

Cream Filling

Next, whip the whipping cream.
Add mascarpone cheese and blend the mixture well.

Finally, add partially refrigerated eggless custard to the mixture.

Assembling the Dessert!

Soak both sides of each ladyfinger biscuit in espresso. 
Place them at the base of the bowl in a row to form the first layer of the dessert.
Pour the thick mixture of Tiramisu over this first layer.
Dust cocoa powder over this layer.
Dip ladyfingers in espresso and place them over the layer of cocoa powder.
Finish the dessert with a final layer of whipped cream. Sprinkle cocoa powder over it.
Refrigerate these coffee-soaked layers for around 8 hours.
The heavenly dessert is ready to be served!
