Add sausages to the pan, stir to break them into small pieces. When done, put the sausages on paper towels to drain the excess grease. If the skillet has become completely dry, add a little butter and cook the eggs on it, until slightly cooked but moist.
Now, warm the tortillas in a microwave on high for about 25 seconds. When done, lay each piece on a flat surface. Fill them with one-fourth of eggs followed by one-fourth of sausages on top of the eggs, and lastly, the sweet potato mixture on top of the sausages. Follow the same procedure for all tortillas. When done, add the shredded cheese on each tortilla and then wrap the tortillas, tucking the bread at the sides.
