  • Olive oil, 3 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder, 1 tsp.
  • Chili powder, 2 tsp.
  • Garlic cloves (crushed), 3
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper, together. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat them with the mixture, properly. Transfer the wings to a baking dish. Place it in a 375 °F preheated oven for about 40 minutes, before serving it hot.

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (chopped), 1 tsp.
  • Dry mustard, 2 tsp.
  • Brown sugar, ½ cup
  • Soy sauce, ½ cup
  • Peanut oil, ½ cup
  • White wine, ½ cup
Preparation
Rinse the chicken wings and leave them to dry. In a saucepan, combine the wine, soy sauce, oil, mustard, and rosemary, and bring the mixture to a boil. Now, add the sugar to the bowl; stir until it dissolves. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Then, take it out and keep it aside for ½ an hour. Place the dish in the oven and bake the chicken at 350 °F for at least 35 minutes. Serve it hot.

  • Soy sauce, 3 tbsp.
  • Honey, 3 tbsp.
  • Fresh lemon juice, 3 tbsp.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 390 °F. Rinse the chicken wings. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper, together. Place the chicken wings in the bowl and coat them with the mixture, properly. Place this in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Now, transfer the marinated chicken pieces to a baking dish and place the bay leaves on them. Drizzle some olive oil over the wings and bake them for 20 minutes or wait until they are cooked. Now, flip the wings over and bake them again. Once they are cooked, brush the honey on the wings. Serve it while it's hot.

  • All-purpose flour, ½ cup
  • Margarine sauce, ½ cup
  • Oil, ¾ cup
  • White sugar, 2 cups
  • Vinegar, 1 cup

  • Monosodium glutamate (MSG), 2 tbsp.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Place the beaten eggs in one bowl and the flour in another. Coat the wings first with the eggs and then with the flour. In a skillet, heat the oil and margarine sauce together, over a medium flame. Add the chicken wings to the skillet and fry them until they turn crisp and brown. Place the fried wings in a baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, water, sugar, vinegar, and monosodium glutamate, together. Pour this over the wings and bake them in the oven for 40 minutes.
