Chocolate Caramel Candy Bars

Ingredients
  • Caramel candies (unwrapped) - 14 ounces
  • Condensed milk - 5 ounces
  • Chocolate cake mix - 18 ounces
  • Butter - 8 to 10 tablespoons
  • Semi sweet chocolate chips - 2 cups
Procedure

Heat the caramel candies in a non stick pan. Heat them with ⅓ cup of condensed milk. Keep stirring it till it becomes smooth enough. After it has become smooth, remove it off flame and allow it to cool down to room temperature. Take a large bowl and add cake mix, remaining condensed milk, and butter in the bowl.
After that, mix all the ingredients well till you get a smooth and thick batter. In a baking pan, spread half of the batter evenly, and allow it to bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Now, on the hot bottom layer, sprinkle 1 cup of chocolate chips. After this, over the chocolate chips, slowly pour the melted caramel.
Now, pour the remaining chocolate cake batter. Again, place the pan in the oven, and bake it as a whole for 15 minutes. After it has baked completely, sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over it. Apply a bit of pressure on the chocolate chips so that they do not come out.
At room temperature, allow the candy bars to cool down to the room temperature, and then, place them in the refrigerator for half hour. After you remove them from the refrigerator, cut them so that you get candy bars. This readies your absolutely yummy fudge recipe.

Maple Cheesecake

Ingredients
  • Vanilla wafer crumbs - 1½ cups
  • Melted Butter - 5 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Softened package cream cheese - 8 ounce
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 14 ounce
  • Lemon juice - ⅓ cup
  • Maple syrup - 1½ tablespoons
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Cornstarch - 1½ tablespoons
  • Chopped walnuts - ½ cup

For making maple cheesecake, you will have to make the crust, filling, and topping separately. Let's take a look at how to make the crust. For this, mix wafer crumbs, butter, and sugar properly, and press it into a pie pan. While you make the filling, you will have to chill the crust. Now, you can start making the filling.
For this, till the cream cheese does not become fluffy, beat it. To this, add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and lemon juice. Again, beat it so that it mixes well. Now, pour this whole mixture in the pie crust, which you have prepared beforehand. Allow this to chill for a few hours.
Next, we start with the topping. For this, boil ½ cup of water and 1 cup of maple together. In another vessel, mix cornstarch and egg properly. Mix all these ingredients completely, and then, allow it to cook. While it is being cooked, keep stirring.
After you remove it off flame, you can garnish it with a few walnuts. Till the time you do not serve this sweetened recipe, keep it refrigerated.

Sweet Potato Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients
  • Sweet Potatoes - 3 to 4 pounds
  • Sugar - 4 cups
  • Nutmeg - 2 to 3 teaspoons
  • Sweetened Condensed milk - 14 ounce
  • Evaporated Milk - 12 ounce
  • Eggs - 6
  • Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons
  • Chopped pecans - 1 cup
  • Custard - 1 cup
Procedure

The first step is to bake the sweet potatoes, and after they have baked well, mash them. To the mashed potatoes, add one cup of sugar and 2 to 3 teaspoons of nutmeg. In a pan, mix evaporated and condensed milk. To this, add eggs and sugar and allow everything to blend well.
Allow this whole mixture to heat, and keep stirring while it is being heated. Make sure that you do not boil the mixture a lot. After you stop heating it, add some vanilla to it, and allow it to cool. In an ice cream machine, process the custard as mentioned by the manufacturer.
Before the custard freezes, add the mixture of sweet potato and pecans, and allow the whole thing to freeze properly. With this, you finish making homemade fudge recipe.
