  • Unsweetened chocolate, 3 oz.
  • Cream cheese, 1 package
  • Milk, 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Confectioners' sugar, 2 cups
  • First of all, melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Take the aforementioned ingredients and add them to the chocolate.
  • Mix them well, so that there aren't any lumps.
  • If you think it has become very thick, you could add a little milk.
  • If you think it's not thick enough, add a little sugar.
  • Refrigerate and use this frosting over a cupcake.

  • Cream cheese, 8 oz.
  • Butter, ½ a stick
  • Powdered sugar, 3 cups
  • Cocoa powder, ¾ cup
  • Put cream cheese and butter in a bowl, and stir it till it is creamy.
  • Add the sifted powdered sugar gradually and keep stirring till it mixes completely.
  • Now, add the cocoa powder and stir well.
  • Refrigerate and use this yummy frosting over a chocolate cake.

  • White chocolate chunks, 6 oz.
  • Cream cheese, 1 package
  • Butter, ½ a stick (at room temperature)
  • Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Confectioners' sugar, 2 cups
  • Melt the white chocolate in the double boiler and set it aside.
  • Put cream cheese and butter in a large mixing bowl.
  • Set the electric beater at low speed and beat this mixture for half a minute.
  • Add the melted white chocolate and beat for half a minute.
  • Now, mix vanilla and sugar and beat.
  • Beat till the frosting is fluffy enough.
  • Refrigerate and use this fluffy frosting over a chocolate cake.
Recipe # 4
  • Dark chocolate chips, 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter, ¾ cup
  • Milk, ½ cup
  • Cream cheese, 6 oz.
  • Confectioners' sugar, 2½ cups
  • You could use a microwave or a double boiler to melt the butter and chocolate chips.
  • Keep stirring, so that both butter and chips melt completely.
  • Add sugar and milk gradually and beat the mixture till it's fluffy.
  • Add the cream cheese to the mixture and beat well.

  • Butter, 1 stick (at room temperature)
  • Almond extract, 1 teaspoon
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, ½ cup
  • Confectioners' sugar, 3 cups (sifted)
  • Place the cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Mix them in an electric mixer set on low speed for about half a minute.
  • Add the almond extract, cocoa powder, and sugar to it.
  • Use the electric mixer again to beat them.
  • If the frosting doesn't seem fluffy enough, put the electric mixer on medium and beat till it is fluffy.
  • Refrigerate and use this creamy frosting over cakes or brownies.
