If you want an easy recipe for making a pineapple banana coconut smoothie, then, all you have to do is to blend pineapple pieces with banana and coconut milk. In order to prepare four servings, you need two bananas, one fresh pineapple and 400 ml coconut milk. If you want an exquisite recipe for making pineapple coconut smoothie, you require the following ingredients.

Ingredients
  • Coconut milk - ½ cup
  • Yogurt (plain or vanilla) - ½ cup
  • Pineapple juice - ½ cup
  • Freshly cut pineapple pieces - ½ cup
  • Banana (medium-sized) - 1
  • Shredded coconut (sweetened) - ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Ice cubes - ¾ cup
How to Prepare
Put all the ingredients in the blender and run the machine till the mixture transforms into a smoothie. You may also add two tablespoons of sugar, along with the other ingredients, if you want the smoothie to be extra sweet.

Method 1: It is very simple to prepare this banana coconut smoothie. Blend strawberries along with banana, coconut milk and a small amount of water. In order to prepare two servings, you need one banana, four large strawberries (or eight medium-sized ones), half cup coconut milk and ¼ cup water. You may replace water with rum, for a different flavor.

Ingredients
  • Coconut milk - ½ cup
  • Plain yogurt (non fat) - ½ cup
  • Skim milk - ¼ cup
  • Banana - 1

  • Lime juice - 2 teaspoons
How to Prepare
Peel and cut the banana (preferably frozen) into pieces and blend it with the other ingredients to make the smoothie. You may add ice cubes, if you like. Even the use of lime juice is optional.
