Baked Chicken With Smoked Paprika
Ingredients
  • 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
  • 8 large chicken breast pieces
  • 1 tablespoon, brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon, Spanish smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon, olive oil
Directions

Heat the oven to 400 °F. Place foil in a roasting pan. Wash the chicken breast and dry with paper towels. Jab the pieces a few times with a fork, and then sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then, mix the other ingredients together and rub the mixture over the chicken pieces.

Empty the chicken and mixture into the baking pan and roast, uncovered, for about 40 minutes. When the chicken is done, the juices will run clear if poked with a fork. Take the chicken out of the oven and place it on the serving dish. Cover it with foil and allow it to stand for 8-10 minutes before serving. Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 °F and prepare the baking pan with a foil base. Use a sharp knife to make three cuts on the top of each chicken breast piece. Mix together the crushed tortilla chips, salsa, and sour cream. Place the chicken breast pieces in the pan and coat it the chips mixture.
