With people becoming increasingly conscious about healthy foods and methods of preparation, baking is on the rise. The best part of baked food is the aroma that fills the house while the food is getting cooked. To prepare an entirely healthy recipe, you still need to ensure that your ingredients are healthy too. Thus, chicken breast is one of the best options among non-vegetarian foods. Here are some amazing recipes that you can try at home.
Baked Chicken With Smoked Paprika
  • 1 garlic clove (finely minced)
  • 8 large chicken breast pieces
  • 1 tablespoon, brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon, Spanish smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon, olive oil

Heat the oven to 400 °F. Place foil in a roasting pan. Wash the chicken breast and dry with paper towels. Jab the pieces a few times with a fork, and then sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Then, mix the other ingredients together and rub the mixture over the chicken pieces.
Empty the chicken and mixture into the baking pan and roast, uncovered, for about 40 minutes. When the chicken is done, the juices will run clear if poked with a fork. Take the chicken out of the oven and place it on the serving dish. Cover it with foil and allow it to stand for 8-10 minutes before serving. Serve it along with potatoes and corn and biscuits, for a fabulous, wholesome dinner.
