½ oz. ginger juice
⅓ oz. simple syrup
Dash of cilantro leaves for garnish
Ingredients to make simple syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Prep Time: 10 minutes

➺ To make simple syrup, mix 1 cup sugar with 1 cup water in a saucepan, and, heat over low flame. Make sure the sugar dissolves, once its dissolved keep it aside for few minutes to let the mixture cool down.
➺ For ginger juice, slice ginger into big pieces, and put it in the bottom of a mixing glass, pressing it constantly. Use a mesh strainer to strain the juice.
➺ Take a cocktail shaker, and smother cliantro, lemon juice, ginger juice, mango, simple syrup, make sure the mango is completely dissolved.
➺ Fill the shaker with ice, filling almost two-thirds the shaker. Next, add tequila and shake until it is completely mixed. Using a strainer, pour the contents in a serving glass, you can add extra ice in the glass, and garnish it with cilantro leaves.
Paloma Cocktail

6 oz. fresh grapefruit soda
2 oz. Blanco or Reposado tequila
1 tablespoon lime juice
Salt for rimming
